As part of our continued commitment to the health and safety of our valued guests and colleagues, Warner Bros. World™ Abu Dhabi will remain closed until further notice. We appreciate your understanding during this time, and look forward to welcoming you back to our World-Leading Theme Park soon, In the meantime, please continue to visit our website for updates.

Below you will find information on tickets and annual passes during the temporary closure period. Please continue to check this page for updates.


TICKETS

Single Day Tickets

Guests who have purchased dated tickets are eligible for a complimentary date change or full refund. Guests who have purchased undated tickets are eligible for a full refund


Multi-Park Tickets

Guests who have purchased dated Multi-Park ticket are eligible for a complimentary date change or full refund. Guests who have purchased undated Multi-Park tickets are eligible for a full refund. Guests that have only used part of their Multi-Park tickets (and still have unused days/entries left) are also eligible for a complimentary date change or partial refund.


ANNUAL PASSHOLDERS

All active Annual Passholders will receive an extension on their pass validity for the number of days that Warner Bros. World™ Abu Dhabi remains closed.

Annual Passholders whose passes expire during the Park closure period, will be given a validity extension for the accumulative number of days from 15 March 2020 until their pass expiry date. The extension period will be activated from the first day the Park reopens.

Annual Passholder validity extension will not be automatically applied. To receive the validity extension, Passholder must contact Yas Concierge.


HOW TO PROCESS A REFUND OR ANNUAL PASS VALIDITY EXTENTION?

If you purchased your ticket or Annual Pass from us directly, please contact Yas Concierge (Email: contact@yasconcierge.com Phone: 600 511115 (within UAE), (+971) 2 496 8000 (Outside UAE), Daily between 8:00am - 8:00pm (GST).

If you purchased your ticket from a third party, please contact that third party for the amendment/refund policy.

Please note that we are not responsible for additional expenses, such as travel expenses.
