• Places are subject to availability; we cannot guarantee a place on the ride.
• Reservations can only be made while you are at the park and by using the designated booking form.
• Only one reservation request can be made on a single calendar day and you cannot book more than five people on the ride in a single booking.
• If the reservation is accepted, you will be issued with a ticket containing a QR code; you must present a valid QR code to access the ride.
• Access to the ride is only permitted during the specific time indicated on the QR code ticket; if you arrive outside of the designated time slot, you may be denied entry and be required to make a new reservation.
• Selecting a time slot does not guarantee immediate access; you may still be required to join and wait in the general queue to experience the ride.
• Tickets can only be redeemed on the same day the reservation was made.
• Tickets are non-transferable and non-exchangeable. To cancel your reservation, please approach the guest services counter.
• We cannot guarantee that the ride will be available during your visit.
• We reserve the right to cancel reservations, or deny admission to the ride, for any reason at our discretion.

Your location data is not stored on our systems.
• Your personal details will be stored securely on our systems and will not be deleted unless required by law or upon your request.
