    1. What age do the birthday packages apply to?
    2. - Up to 16 years old.

    3. What is the maximum number of guests you can accommodate?
    4. - As part of the precautionary measures, we can currently accommodate up to 12 kids per package.

    5. Can I bring my own cake?
    6. - Food and beverages from outside are not allowed in to the park.
      Our F&B team will cater to all your requests.
      *Kindly note that for the safety and wellbeing of our guests, we are offering cupcakes as an alternative to a cake as part of the precautionary measures.

    7. Where can I store birthday gifts my guests bring?
    8. - Your birthday gifts can be stored in our park lockers.

    9. Can I book for characters to make appearances to our birthday in the park?
    10. - As part of the precautionary measures, we currently do not offer this appearance.

    11. Can I bring my own décor into the park?
    12. - Please speak to the events team for more information.

    13. Can you arrange giveaways for the party?
    14. - Yes, we have a vast selection for you to choose from in our retail stores, ideal for goodie bags.

    15. Is the birthday party hosted?
    16. - Our current birthday party package does not come with a host. We have a VIP escort that can be booked at an additional cost. The escort can provide a ride itinerary and guide guests around the park. Please speak to the events team for more information.

    5. Can I privatize the park?
    6. - Yes, please speak to our events team regarding park privatizing or selected zones of the park.

    7. Do you offer unique event experiences in park?
    8. - Yes, from painting a toon, building a bat mobile cookie car, to creating your own Super Hero mosaic.

    9. Do you have an AV team?
    10. - We have a range of in-house services from F&B team, events team, and an entertainment team along with an AV Team.

    11. Can we bring an outside events company to work on our event?
    12. - We have an excellent in-house team ready to manage your event. If, however you wish, we are open to work with outside companies as per your request.

    13. Are our venues licensed to serve beverages?
    14. - Yes.

    15. Can we bring our own photographer?
    16. - We offer photography packages, but we can accommodate if you would like to bring your own photographer.

    17. What is the minimum number of guests for a teambuilding?
    18. - Our teambuilding packages start from a minimum of 15 guests.
