- Birthdays
- What age do the birthday packages apply to? - Up to 16 years old.
- What is the maximum number of guests you can accommodate? - As part of the precautionary measures, we can currently accommodate up to 12 kids per package.
- Can I bring my own cake? - Food and beverages from outside are not allowed in to the park. Our F&B team will cater to all your requests. *Kindly note that for the safety and wellbeing of our guests, we are offering cupcakes as an alternative to a cake as part of the precautionary measures.
- Where can I store birthday gifts my guests bring? - Your birthday gifts can be stored in our park lockers.
- Can I book for characters to make appearances to our birthday in the park? - As part of the precautionary measures, we currently do not offer this appearance.
- Can I bring my own décor into the park? - Please speak to the events team for more information.
- Can you arrange giveaways for the party? - Yes, we have a vast selection for you to choose from in our retail stores, ideal for goodie bags.
- Is the birthday party hosted? - Our current birthday party package does not come with a host. We have a VIP escort that can be booked at an additional cost. The escort can provide a ride itinerary and guide guests around the park. Please speak to the events team for more information.

- Do you have private space in the park for my group? - We have private spaces in the parks if you wish to have your event during the day but away from park guests. We have a private cinema, a theatre and meeting room spaces. We can host events before and after park operating hours.
- Can I privatize the park? - Yes, please speak to our events team regarding park privatizing or selected zones of the park.
- Do you offer unique event experiences in park? - Yes, from painting a toon, building a bat mobile cookie car, to creating your own Super Hero mosaic.
- Do you have an AV team? - We have a range of in-house services from F&B team, events team, and an entertainment team along with an AV Team.
- Can we bring an outside events company to work on our event? - We have an excellent in-house team ready to manage your event. If, however you wish, we are open to work with outside companies as per your request.
- Are our venues licensed to serve beverages? - Yes.
- Can we bring our own photographer? - We offer photography packages, but we can accommodate if you would like to bring your own photographer.
- What is the minimum number of guests for a teambuilding? - Our teambuilding packages start from a minimum of 15 guests.
